About Rhydma

Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Rhydma discovered her love for music at a young age, often singing along to a wide range of songs in Hindi, Tamil, and Sinhala. She began performing during school events and gradually took to the stage with growing confidence and passion. After completing her studies at the University of Kelaniya, she continued to pursue music while relocating to Dubai, United Arab Emirates — a move that opened new doors for her artistic journey.

Rhydma officially began her music career in 2018 and has since built a name for herself through her soulful voice and heartfelt performances. Her original song “Hadu Thiyawi” marked a turning point, resonating with listeners for its emotional depth and cultural authenticity. In addition to her solo work, she has performed at numerous musical events and live shows in both Sri Lanka and Dubai, earning admiration from diverse audiences. Rhydma continues to grow as an artist, driven by her roots and her desire to connect through music that transcends language.
